From our very first meeting with a prospective client we do things differently

Most prospective clients we meet with are suspicious of our motives even when they’ve been referred by someone they know who works with us and has praised us. They are guarded and immediately think we are just going to try to sell them something they already have. Right off the bat, I tell the person I’m meeting with that our main objective at Swypit is to make our clients more profitable. Some of them get a shocked look on their faces!

The first thing we do is ask to see their statements from their current credit card processing company. We go over those statements with a fine-tooth comb. I point out all the places where they are being “nickeled-and-dimed”. Then I ask them to talk to me about their pain-points in dealing with their current credit card processing company. I then proceed to tell them that our clients don’t pay for their credit card processing devices. They never have. Not even if they break down, which they don’t because we continuously upgrade our clients to the most state-of-the-art equipment.

We always try to help no matter where the issue originates. The truth is our clients never have to worry about their equipment going down. If they think it’s our equipment that is faulty, I’ll work with them to find out what’s actually going on.

Another thing we do at Swypit is help our clients get the things they want and need. I’m talking about things that have nothing to do with the credit card processing business. In other words, it’s more like networking. If I know someone who has or can get what a client wants or needs, I’ll put them in touch with each other. This is how we develop long-term business relationships that often turn into lifelong friendships.

We keep an eye on that and we make sure our clients aren’t charged those automatic annual rate increases. We’ve got our clients’ backs. We keep processing fees low and keep our clients making more money. Yes, it requires more on our part, but that’s what we love to do. We love to serve our clients, exceed their expectations and provide the highest level of service available in the industry.
